Høstfesten
Årets høstfest samlede omkring 120 deltagere i gårdhaven, hvor der blev serveret pattegris med tilbehør. Det blev en hyggelig aften med god stemning. Bestyrelsen vil gerne rette en særlig tak til de beboere, der gav en hånd med til både opstilling og oprydning samt til dem, der stod for kaffebrygning og kagebagning. Uden jeres indsats havde festen ikke kunnet lade sig gøre.
Vikar for funktionær
Martin er på planlagt orlov frem til 1. december, og derfor skal vi have en afløser på halvtid til at hjælpe Michael. Afløseren hedder Kim, og han er her mandage, onsdage og fredage kl 8-12.
Rengøring
Som led i optimering af rengøringsoplevelsen stiller rengøringsselskabet nu måtterne foran lejlighedernes indgangsdøre oprejst efter trappevask. Ulempen er, at det er tydeligt at se, hvis en lejlighed er ubeboet, og det kan derved måske animere til ubudne gæster. Som god naboservice, kan man vælge at lægge opretstående måtter ned, hvis man støder på dem i sin opgang.
Renovering af elevator
Der er bestilt reservedele fra tre forskellige leverandører til renovering af elevatoren i Aksel Møllers Have 14. Disse forventes leveret i november, hvis alt går vel. Beboerne varsles med opslag i elevator og opgang en måned før renoveringen. Renoveringen forventes at vare op til 10 hverdage.
Nye vaskepriser
De nye priser for brug af fællesvaskeriet træder i kraft til 1. oktober. I samme forbindelse afskaffes sms-tjenesten. Som nævnt i sidste måneds Nyt fra bestyrelsen: Fra den 1. oktober justeres priserne i vaskerierne. Prisen for en vask stiger fra 15,15 kr. til 16 kr., mens prisen for tørring stiger fra 2 kr. til 2,50 kr. pr. fem minutter. Samtidig nedlægges SMS-funktionen, så vi kan holde prisstigningen nede.
Byggeaffald er ikke storskrald
I den seneste måned har det desværre været nødvendigt at bestille ekstra affaldscontainere til storskrald, fordi der har været uforholdsmæssigt meget affald i storskraldrummet – blandt andet fra renoveringer af lejligheder. En container til storskrald koster 10.000 kr. pr. gang og normalt har vi én container pr måned. Indenfor den sidste måned har vi måtte bestille container tre gange. Bestyrelsen vil derfor minde om, at byggeaffald, herunder gamle køkkener og lignende, ikke må afleveres som storskrald. Udgifter i forbindelse med renoveringer er den enkelte ejers ansvar og skal aftales direkte med håndværkerne. Det er ikke tanken, at foreningens fælles midler skal dække disse omkostninger.
Varmeanlægget er startet op for i år
Dette er gjort for at teste, om vores anlæg stadig ville starte og så er det ved at være årstiden igen.
I starten af året stod den ene af de to gamle pumper af. Anlægget kører fint med én pumpe, men der skal altid være 2 pumper, så vi ikke står uden varme, hvis der er fejl på en af dem. Vores nuværende pumper er meget gamle og har udtjent deres tid. De nye pumper er bestilt og er ankommet og de vil blive monteret d. 24. september. Denne dag vil der være lukket for varme pga. udskiftning. Det påvirker ikke det varme vand.
Når varmeanlægget starter op efter sommeren, kan der i en periode være luft i radiatorerne. Hvis en radiator ikke bliver ordentligt varm, skyldes det ofte luft i systemet, og i de fleste tilfælde kan man selv udlufte radiatorerne med en lille radiatornøgle. Husk at have en klud eller et lille bæger klar til at opsamle vandet, og vær opmærksom på, at radiatorventilen bør stå helt åben, mens man lufter ud.
Et andet kendt problem, der kan forhindre radiatoren i at virke korrekt, er termostaten. Der sidder en lille stift/fjeder, der kan have “sat sig” hen over sommeren og derfor skal “motioneres” lidt.
Oplever du vedvarende problemer med radiatorer, som ikke bliver varme efter udluftning, kan ejendomsfunktionærerne kontaktes i deres åbningstid.
Hunde i gården
Bestyrelsen har modtaget klager over hunde i gården, som er en overtrædelse af den husorden, som er vedtaget på en generalforsamling og dermed af et flertal af foreningens medlemmer. Husordenen kan således kun ændres tilsvarende på en generalforsamling af et flertal af foreningens medlemmer.
Husordenens punkt 9 lyder:
A. Husdyr og smådyr* (herefter kaldet husdyr) må holdes i mindre omfang og således, at det ikke er til gene for ejendommen eller dens beboere, hvilket husdyrejer er ansvarlig for.
B. Husdyr må ikke komme i kælderen eller i gårdhaven, hvilket husdyrejer er ansvarlig for.
C. Husdyr må kun komme i gården (ikke gårdhaven, jf. pkt. A), hvis det skal fra eller til en transport, f.eks. cykel eller bil.
D. Hunde og lignende skal holdes i snor til alle tider på tilladte fællesarealer, hvilket husdyrejer er ansvarlig for.
E. Husdyr må ikke forrette sin nødtørft på ejerforeningens fællesområder. Eventuelle efterladenskaber skal omgående fjernes samt rengøring foretages, hvilket husdyrejer er ansvarlig for.
F. Husdyrejer er ansvarlig for al reetablering af eventuelle skader på ejendommen eller fællesarealer, som følge af sit husdyrs adfærd.
Bestyrelsen henstiller til, at beboere med hunde eller beboere som har besøg af gæster med hunde, at disse respekterer vores regler.
Venteliste til p-plads i gården
Vores administrator har på foranledning af bestyrelsen 18. august kontaktet alle, som stod på ventelisten til leje af parkeringsplads i gården. De pågældende blev bedt om at bekræfte deres interesse inden 1. september. De, som ikke vendte tilbage med svar, er nu blevet fjernet fra listen og må skrives op på ny, hvis de stadig er interesseret.
Ventelisten består nu af ni opskrevne ejere. Ventetiden er afhængig af, hvor mange, der opsiger deres p-plads leje og hvornår.

Harvest Party
This year’s harvest party gathered around 120 participants in the courtyard, where roast suckling pig with side dishes was served. It turned out to be a pleasant evening with a good atmosphere. The board would like to extend a special thank you to the residents who helped with both setup and cleanup, as well as those who took care of brewing coffee and baking cakes. Without your effort, the party would not have been possible.
Temporary staff replacement
Martin is on planned leave until December 1, so we have arranged for a part-time substitute to assist Michael. The substitute’s name is Kim, and he will be here on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Cleaning
As part of improving the cleaning experience, the cleaning company now leaves the mats in front of apartment doors standing upright after stair cleaning. The downside is that it becomes obvious if an apartment is unoccupied, which could potentially attract unwanted visitors. As a good neighborly service, you may choose to place the mats back down if you come across them in your stairwell.
Elevator renovation
Spare parts have been ordered from three different suppliers for the renovation of the elevator at Aksel Møllers Have 14. Delivery is expected in November, if all goes well. Residents will be notified via notices in the elevator and stairwell one month prior to renovation. The work is expected to take up to 10 weekdays.
New laundry prices
The new prices for the common laundry facilities will take effect on October 1. At the same time, the SMS service will be discontinued. As mentioned in last month’s News from the Board:
From October 1, the laundry prices will be adjusted. The price for a wash will increase from DKK 15.15 to DKK 16, while the price for drying will increase from DKK 2 to DKK 2.50 per five minutes. At the same time, the SMS function will be discontinued to keep the price increase as low as possible.
Construction waste is not bulky waste
In the past month, it has unfortunately been necessary to order extra containers for bulky waste, as there has been an excessive amount of waste in the bulky waste room – including from apartment renovations. A bulky waste container costs DKK 10,000 each time, and normally we need one container per month. Within the past month, we have had to order containers three times. The board therefore reminds residents that construction waste, including old kitchens and similar items, must not be disposed of as bulky waste. Renovation costs are the responsibility of the individual owner and must be arranged directly with the contractors. It is not the intention that the association’s common funds should cover these expenses.
Heating system has been started for the season
This was done to test whether our system would still start up, and because the season is approaching.
At the beginning of the year, one of the two old pumps broke down. The system runs fine with one pump, but there must always be two pumps so that we are not left without heating if one fails. Our current pumps are very old and have outlived their time. New pumps have been ordered and have arrived, and they will be installed on September 24. On that day, the heating will be turned off due to the replacement. Hot water will not be affected.
When the heating system is started after the summer, there may be air in the radiators for a period. If a radiator does not heat properly, it is often due to air in the system, and in most cases you can bleed the radiator yourself with a small radiator key. Remember to have a cloth or small container ready to catch the water, and note that the radiator valve should be fully open while bleeding.
Another common problem that can prevent the radiator from working properly is the thermostat. A small pin/spring may have “stuck” during the summer and needs to be “loosened” a bit.
If you experience persistent problems with radiators not heating after bleeding, the building staff can be contacted during their opening hours.
Dogs in the courtyard
The board has received complaints about dogs in the courtyard, which is a violation of the house rules adopted at a general meeting by a majority of the association’s members. The house rules can therefore only be changed at a general meeting by a majority vote.
Point 9 of the house rules states:
A. Pets and small animals* (hereafter referred to as pets) may be kept to a limited extent, provided they do not cause inconvenience to the property or its residents, for which the pet owner is responsible.
B. Pets are not allowed in the basement or courtyard, for which the pet owner is responsible.
C. Pets may only pass through the yard (not the courtyard, cf. point A) if going to or from transport, e.g. bicycle or car.
D. Dogs and similar animals must be kept on a leash at all times in permitted common areas, for which the pet owner is responsible.
E. Pets may not relieve themselves on the association’s common areas. Any droppings must be removed immediately, and cleaning must be carried out, for which the pet owner is responsible.
F. Pet owners are responsible for restoring any damage to the property or common areas caused by their pet’s behavior.
The board urges residents with dogs, or residents who have guests with dogs, to respect these rules.
Waiting list for courtyard parking spaces
On August 18, at the board’s request, our administrator contacted all those on the waiting list for renting a parking space in the courtyard. They were asked to confirm their interest before September 1. Those who did not respond have now been removed from the list and must sign up again if still interested.
The waiting list now consists of nine registered owners. Waiting time depends on how many tenants terminate their parking leases and when.
The next board meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 8.

Bestyrelsen har konstitueret sig
Efter generalforsamlingen har bestyrelsen konstitueret sig. Christian Schlegel er udtrådt af bestyrelsen, og der var desværre ingen af foreningens øvrige medlemmer, som ønskede at stille op til den ledige post.

Generalforsamling
Udkast til referatet fra generalforsamlingen er nu gennemgået, og administrator vil snarest udsende det endelige referat til foreningens medlemmer. Bestyrelsen takker for en god generalforsamling i en konstruktiv tone under mødet.
Husk dine medbeboere i sommertiden
Foråret er i år nærmest sprunget direkte ud i sommer. Det betyder mere liv på altaner, i gårdhaven og åbne vinduer i mange lejligheder.
Vi bor tæt i Godthåbs Have, og det betyder, at lyde let bærer mellem altaner, gård og lejligheder. Det, der føles afdæmpet på din egen lejlighed, altan eller i gårdhaven, kan lyde højt i naboens stue eller soveværelse – især på stille sommeraftener. Derfor giver det anledning til at citere fra vores husorden:
Det gælder både inde i lejlighederne, på altanerne og i gårdhaven. Vi håber, alle vil hjælpe med at bevare den gode stemning og tage hensyn – også når solen skinner, og det trækker udenfor.
Opfordring til at installere røgalarm
Der har for nyligt været brandvæsen på besøg, fordi en gryde blev glemt på et tændt komfur.
Vi opfordrer beboerne til at installere røgalarm. Beredskabsstyrelsen anbefaler, at der opsættes mindst én røgalarm på hver etage i boligen, placeret i loftet midt i rummet og mindst 50 cm fra vægge og døråbninger, så alarmen kan høres fra alle soverum. I større boliger bør der være røgalarmer i både opholdsrum, soveværelser og stuer. Undgå at placere røgalarmer tæt på køkken og badeværelse, da damp og stegeos kan give fejlalarmer. Røgalarmer bør testes og rengøres jævnligt, og de bør udskiftes ca. hvert 10. år.

Nyt PBS-nummer til betaling af ejerforeningsbidrag
Vi vil gerne minde om, at der er kommet nyt PBS-nummer til betaling af ejerforeningsbidrag. Ændringen er tidligere varslet af administrator, men det har resulteret i et usædvanligt højt antal restancer. Der er ca. 50 i restance til en samlet sum på over 300.000 kr. Vi opfordrer derfor alle ejere til at tjekke deres PBS-aftale og sikre, at den er opdateret med det nye nummer. Kontakt administrator, hvis du er i tvivl.

Constitution of the Board

Be Considerate of Your Neighbours During Summer
This year, spring has almost instantly turned into summer. That means more activity on balconies, in the courtyard, and more open windows.
We live close together in Godthåbs Have, which means that sounds travel easily between balconies, the courtyard, and apartments. What may seem quiet to you on your balcony or in your home may sound loud to your neighbour—especially on quiet summer evenings. Therefore, we would like to quote the house rules:
These rules apply inside the apartments, on balconies, and in the courtyard. We hope everyone will help maintain a good atmosphere by being considerate—even when the sun is shining and inviting us outside.
Bicycle Cleanup Underway – Remember Your Tags
Starting Monday, May 5, the annual bicycle cleanup begins. To ensure that the bicycle racks and shared areas are used only by active residents, manila tags have previously been distributed to all.
All bicycles that residents wish to keep must be clearly marked with the provided manila tag—visible on the handlebar—by the date stated in the stairwell notices.
Bicycles and carts without a tag will be removed by the caretakers after the deadline. If you did not receive a tag, you can collect one from the caretakers during their office hours.
Reminders:
• Do not park outside the bicycle racks.
• Walkways and fire exits must remain clear.
• Use the bike racks and cellars—not stairwells or entrances.
Install a Smoke Alarm
Recently, the fire department was called due to a pot forgotten on a lit stove.
We encourage all residents to install smoke alarms. The Danish Emergency Management Agency recommends installing at least one alarm on each floor, mounted on the ceiling in the center of the room, at least 50 cm from walls and doorways, so it can be heard from all bedrooms. Larger homes should have alarms in living rooms, bedrooms, and lounges. Avoid placing alarms near kitchens and bathrooms to reduce false alarms. Test and clean alarms regularly and replace them approximately every 10 years.

New PBS Number for Fee Payments
Please note that a new PBS number is now used for paying homeowners’ association fees. Although this change was announced by the administrator, it has led to an unusually high number of outstanding payments. Currently, about 50 owners are in arrears, totalling over DKK 300,000.
We urge all owners to check their PBS agreements and ensure they are updated with the new number. Contact the administrator if you are unsure.

The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 12.

Nyt fra bestyrelsen efter bestyrelsesmøde torsdag d. 20. februar.
Sikkerhed og adgang
Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager ophører vi med fast åbning af den store port om morgenen. Vi har desværre oplevet, at ubudne personer har fået adgang til gården og ejendommen.
Der har desuden været et indbrud i nogle kælderrum tirsdag den 11. januar, hvor der er blevet stjålet indhold. Indehaverne af de berørte kælderrum er orienteret.
Bestyrelsen og funktionærerne undersøger nu, om vi bedre kan sikre kælderrummene fremadrettet. Vi opfordrer til, at man undlader at lukke ukendte personer ind, at døre holdes lukkede, og at man undgår at opbevare værdigenstande i kælderrummene. Indbruddet er anmeldt til politiet.
Generalforsamling
Generalforsamlingen afholdes som tidligere meddelt torsdag den 10. april kl. 18. Den formelle indkaldelse sendes ud med dagsorden, regnskab og bestyrelsens beretning til alle ejere via administrator.
Forslag, som skal behandles på generalforsamlingen, skal være modtaget inden den 1. marts. Vi opfordrer til at benytte den blanket, som administrator stiller til rådighed:

Tilstandsrapport og vedligeholdelsesplan
Den er udarbejdet tilstandsrapport over ejendommen, som er en grundig gennemgang af bygningens fysiske tilstand og vedligeholdelsesbehov. Dette vil blive fremlagt på den kommende generalforsamling, hvor vores professionelle rådgivere der præsenterer deres vurdering af ejendommens tilstand.
Ny i bestyrelsen
Et bestyrelsesmedlem har valgt ikke at genopstille, og derfor søges nye medlemmer til bestyrelsen. Bestyrelsen leder ejendommens daglige drift i tæt samarbejde med vores funktionærer. Udover at få en god indsigt i ejendommens drift, får man mulighed for at være med til at træffe beslutninger i en god og konstruktiv atmosfære. Som medlem af bestyrelsen kan man forvente et tidsforbrug på ca. 10 timer/måned.
Elevator
Efter reservedele til motordelen er ankommet, er elevatoren i Aksel Møllers Have 8 nu under reparation.

News from the Board following the Board Meeting on Thursday, February 20
Security and Access
For security reasons, we will no longer keep the large gate open in the morning. Unfortunately, we have experienced unauthorized individuals gaining access to the courtyard and the property.
Additionally, there was a break-in in several basement storage rooms on Tuesday, January 11, where items were stolen. The owners of the affected storage rooms have been informed.
The board and the building staff are now investigating ways to improve the security of the basement storage rooms going forward. We encourage residents not to let unknown individuals in, to keep doors closed, and to avoid storing valuables in the basement. The break-in has been reported to the police.
General Meeting
As previously announced, the general meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10, at 18:00. The formal invitation, including the agenda, financial statements, and the board’s report, will be sent to all owners via the administrator.
Proposals to be considered at the general meeting must be submitted by March 1. We encourage the use of the form provided by the administrator:

Condition Report and Maintenance Plan
A condition report on the property has been prepared, providing a thorough review of the building’s physical condition and maintenance needs. This will be presented at the upcoming general meeting, where our professional advisors will share their assessment of the property.
New Board Member Needed
A board member has chosen not to run for re-election, and we are therefore looking for new members to join the board. The board oversees the daily operations of the property in close collaboration with our building staff.
In addition to gaining valuable insight into the management of the property, board members have the opportunity to participate in decision-making in a positive and constructive environment. The expected time commitment is approximately 10 hours per month.
Elevator
Now that spare parts for the motor have arrived, the elevator at Aksel Møllers Have 8 is currently under repair.

Nyt fra bestyrelsen efter bestyrelsesmøde mandag d. 3. juni.
Rettelse vedr. brug af gårdhaven:
Rettelse til vores sidste nyhedsbrev: Ifølge husordenen skal der være ro i fællesarealerne i gårdhaven senest kl. 23. Reglen lyder: “Sammenkomster på fællesarealer skal ske under rimelig hensyntagen til de øvrige beboere og skal ophøre senest kl. 23.” Årsagen er, at høj snak, selv lav snak sent om aftenen og musik kan forplante sig til en stor del af lejlighederne omkring gårdhaven og mange af disse har soveværelser ud mod gården. Vi opfordrer derfor alle til at tage hensyn til deres naboer og respektere denne regel.
Grill på altanerne:
Det er flere, som er begyndt at grille på altanerne. Her mindes der venligst om, at det ikke er tilladt jf vedtægterne. Ud over at madosen blæser direkte ind i naboer og overboers stuer, er det også forbundet med brandfare. Derfor henvises der til de grill, som er stillet op i gårdhaven.
Fællesgrill:
Vi tænder op i den fælles grill på udvalgte søndage, hvor alle er velkomne til at medbringe deres mad, og vi griller og spiser sammen. Grillen tændes op og er klar kl. 17.30. I tilfælde af regn eller stor sandsynlighed for regn aflyses arrangement uden yderligere info.
Høstfest
Vi ser frem til at samles til årets høstfest lørdag den 14. september kl. 17:30 i gårdhaven. Det vil være efter samme koncept som sidste år med telte, grill og øl, vin og sodavand. Det vil være en fantastisk mulighed for at nyde godt selskab og fejre sæsonen sammen. Yderligere information om arrangementet og tilmelding følger. Festen er forbeholdt ejendommens beboere og der plejer at være super god tilslutning til den. Men vi vil gerne opfordre flere af vores helt unge beboere i ejendommen til at deltage. Det er en super måde at lære sine naboer at kende på.
Skraldespandene i gårdhaven nedlægges
For at fremme affadssortering og forhindre at måger spredes affald ud over græsplænen nedlægges skraldespandene i gårdhaven. Vi henviser i stedet til affaldssorteringsanlægget midt i gården samt den store container mod Godthåbsvej for bortskaffelse af affald.
Haveudvalg:
For at forbedre vores fællesarealer nedsætter vi et haveudvalg, som frem til sommeren 2025 skal arbejde på nye og mere komfortable borde og bænke samt mere hensigtsmæssig indretning og beplantning af gårdhaven. Til denne sommer vil der blive indkøbt fire ekstra liggestole, så flere kan nyde solen.
Storskrald og toilet i fælleshuset:
Dørene til storskraldsrummet vil fremover være aflåst, og adgang kræver nøglebrik for at forhindre ubudne gæster. Desuden vil døren til toilettet i fælleshuset blive udskiftet med en, som åbner udad, og med dørpumpe.
Byvandring i svømmehalskvarteret:
Vi har fornøjelsen af at tilbyde gratis byvandringer for beboere med Thomas Warburg, som vil finde sted på følgende datoer:
Emnet for byvandringerne vil inkludere historier om Guld-Harald og hans to store byggerier – Aksel Møllers Have og Hostrups Have, boliger i Svømmehalskvarteret i 1800-tallet, Frederiksbergs historie samt dramatiske arbejderkampe og kønsroller på Rubens Klædefabrik. Hver byvandring varer 1,5 time og kan rumme op til 25 personer. Tilmelding sker via foreningsmailen, ejerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk , og foregår efter først til mølle-princippet. Alle tilmeldte får en bekræftelse på tilmeldelsen og hvis tilmeldingen går ud over antal pladser, vil der blive oprettet en venteliste. Bemærk venligst, at arrangementet ikke er egnet for børn under 8 år.

Frederiksberg Svømmehal genåbner mandag d. 17. juni. I den forbindelse inviterer Frederiksberg Kommune alle naboer til en rundvisning i en del af svømmehallen søndag den 16. juni, kl. 10-20.
Næste bestyrelsesmøde er planlagt til 29. august, men muligvis afholdes et ekstra bestyrelsesmøde i ultimo juni.

News from the Board after the Board Meeting on Monday, June 3rd.
Correction Regarding Use of the Courtyard:
Correction to our last newsletter: According to house rules, there must be quiet in the common areas of the courtyard by 11 PM. The rule states: “Gatherings in common areas must be conducted with reasonable consideration for the other residents and must end by 11 PM.” The reason is that loud conversations, even low conversations late at night, and music can carry to many of the apartments surrounding the courtyard, many of which have bedrooms facing the yard. We therefore encourage everyone to be considerate of their neighbors and respect this rule.
Grilling on Balconies:
Several residents have started grilling on their balconies. Please be reminded that this is not allowed according to the regulations. Apart from the cooking fumes blowing directly into the living rooms of neighbors and upstairs residents, it is also a fire hazard. Therefore, please use the grills set up in the courtyard.
Communal Grill:
We will light the communal grill on selected Sundays, where everyone is welcome to bring their food, and we grill and eat together. The grill will be ready at 5:30 PM. In case of rain or a high likelihood of rain, the event will be canceled without further notice.

Harvest Festival:
We look forward to gathering for this year’s harvest festival on Saturday, September 14th at 5:30 PM in the courtyard. It will follow the same concept as last year with tents, grills, and beer, wine, and soft drinks. It will be a fantastic opportunity to enjoy good company and celebrate the season together. Further information about the event and registration will follow. The party is reserved for the residents of the property, and there is usually a great turnout. However, we would like to encourage more of our younger residents to participate. It is a great way to get to know your neighbors.
Elimination of Trash Bins in the Courtyard:
To promote waste sorting and prevent seagulls from spreading trash on the lawn, the trash bins in the courtyard will be removed. We refer instead to the waste sorting facility in the middle of the yard and the large container on Godthåbsvej for waste disposal.
Garden Committee:
To improve our common areas, we are setting up a garden committee that will work until the summer of 2025 on new and more comfortable tables and benches as well as more practical layout and planting of the courtyard. For this summer, four additional lounge chairs will be purchased so more people can enjoy the sun.
Bulky Waste and Toilet in the Common House:
The doors to the bulky waste room will henceforth be locked, and access will require a key fob to prevent uninvited guests. Additionally, the door to the toilet in the common house will be replaced with one that opens outward and has a door closer.
City Walk in the Swimming Hall District:
We are pleased to offer free city walks for residents with Thomas Warburg, which will take place on the following dates – in Danish:
The topic of the city walks will include stories about Guld-Harald and his two major constructions – Aksel Møllers Have and Hostrups Have, housing in the Swimming Hall district in the 1800s, the history of Frederiksberg, as well as dramatic labor struggles and gender roles at Rubens Klædefabrik. Each city walk lasts 1.5 hours and can accommodate up to 25 people. Registration is via the association’s email, ejerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. All registered participants will receive a confirmation of registration, and if the registration exceeds the number of spots, a waiting list will be created. Please note that the event is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
Open House at Frederiksberg Swimming Hall:
Frederiksberg Swimming Hall will reopen on Monday, June 17th. In this connection, Frederiksberg Municipality invites all neighbors to a tour of part of the swimming hall on Sunday, June 16th, from 10 AM to 8 PM.
The next board meeting is scheduled for August 29th, but an additional board meeting may be held at the end of June.
