Husordenen er blevet opdateret
Som følge af den ordinære generalforsamling den 28. april 2022 er husordenen blevet opdateret. Den gældende husorden finder du på ejerforeningens hjemmeside under menupunktet ’Dokumenter -> Husorden (vedtægternes § 25)’. Bestyrelsen har rettet en række sproglige fejl. Der er ikke ændret ved indholdet af husordenen.

Bestyrelsen anmoder ejerne om at orientere deres lejere, så lejerne er bekendt med indholdet af husordenen.

Konstituering
Bestyrelsen har konstitueret sig og består af følgende medlemmer:

Bestyrelsen har opdateret sin forretningsorden i forbindelsen med konstitueringen.
Den gældende forretningsorden du kan se på ejerforeningens hjemmeside under menupunktet ’Dokumenter -> Forretningsorden for bestyrelsen’.

Faldstammeprojektet
Planlægning af udskiftning af de resterende originale faldstammer er ved at tage form.

Der vil blive holdt informationsmøder om projektet, og der vil blive mulighed for at stille individuelle spørgsmål til en beboerkoordinator. Mere information vil følge.

På ejerforeningens hjemmeside under menupunkt ’E/F projekter -> Faldstammeprojekt’ vil bestyrelsen løbende publicere informationer om projektet, f.eks. findes hovedtidsplan og varslingsfrister allerede under underpunktet.

Næste bestyrelsesmøde er planlagt til den 8. juni 2022.

News from The Board – May 2022

The house rules have been updated
As a result of the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2022, the house rules have been updated. You can find the current house rules on the owners’ association’s website under the menu ‘Dokumenter -> Husorden (vedtægternes § 25)‘. The Board has corrected a number of language errors. The content of the house rules has not changed.

The Board asks the owners to inform their tenants so that the tenants are familiar with the contents of the house rules.

Constitution
The Board has constituted itself and consists of the following members:

The Board has updated its rules of procedure in connection with the constitution.

The Drainpipe project
Scheduling to replace the remaining original fall trunks is taking shape.

Information meetings about the project will be held, and there will be an opportunity to ask individual questions to a resident coordinator. More information will follow.

On the owners’ association’s website under menu item ‘E/F projekter -> Faldstammeprojekt’, the Board will regularly publish information about the project, e.g. main schedule and notice deadlines are already below the sub-item.

The next board meeting is scheduled for June 8, 2022.
