Indretning af gården
Bestyrelsen har valgt at genoptage at arbejde med indretningen af gården
Bestyrelsen vil i den forbindelse holde et møde, hvor beboere kan komme med deres ideer og ønsker til gården – på kort og lang sigt. Ideen er at få et overblik, både over om der et ønske om omlægninger og om konkrete tiltag, som bestyrelsen kan tage med i sit arbejde
Mødet afholdes torsdag den 26. september kl. 19 i varmekælderen.
Bemærk, at der er begrænset plads i lokalerne i varmekælderen.
Du er også velkommen til at e-maile dine tanker til bestyrelsen på ejerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk om f.eks.
– hvad fungerer ikke i gården,
– hvad skal der til for, at du vil bruge gården mere, eller
– hvilken gård vil du ønske at stå og se på fra dit vindue eller måske kommende altan.
Det kunne være behov for mere cykelparkering eller idéer om den bedste anvendelse af bygningen i gården, som den ekstraordinære generalforsamling besluttede at købe. Derudover kan der også være ønsker til en større omlægning af gården og dens funktioner på længere sigt.
Bestyrelsen er af Dansk Brand- og sikringsteknisk Institut (DBI) blevet anbefalet at flytte affaldscontainere længere væk fra facaden af brandsikkerhedsmæssige hensyn. Der kan også være andre problemstillinger i gården, som det giver mening, at vi fra bestyrelsens side forsøger at adressere på den korte bane, mens vi afventer færdiggørelse af sagen omkring faldstammerne.
Faldstammeprojektet
Bestyrelsen har valgt at anlægge syn og skøn ved Voldgiftsnævnet, og udpegning af skønsmand er i proces.
Bestyrelsens opsummerende redegørelse om renovering af afløbs- og vandinstallationer og foreløbig byggeregnskab pr. 1/8 er tilgået medlemmerne primo august.
Kørsel i gården
Der er desværre bilister, der kører for hurtigt i gården.
Gården er et opholds- og legeområde, hvor kørselshastigheden maks. må være 15 km.
Bestyrelsen henstiller til, at bilister respekterer færdselsreglen for gården.
Elevatorbrug
Bestyrelsen vil gøre opmærksom på, at elevatorerne er beregnet til persontransport, ikke godstransport som ved ind- og udflytninger.
Misbrug af elevatorerne kræver ofte serviceeftersyn + en regning.
Bestyrelsen vil sende regningen, der kan ligge i niveauet min. 2.000 kr., videre til lejlighedsejer.
Altanprojekt
Arbejdsudvalget under bestyrelsen har holdt sit første møde, hvor opgaver og informationer blev delt.
Udvalget vil i denne kommende tid dykke mere ned i opgaver og informationer.
Gårdfesten var endnu engang en succes
Vi holder denne årlige gårdfest for at fremme naboskabet, og det må siges at lykkes. Vi var et sted mellem 105-115 personer til spisning og hygge. Flere udtrykte stor begejstring for de helstegte pattegrise, der var super saftige og lækre.
Som sædvanlig fik vi en omgang regn, men denne gang var vi forberedt med 2 nye store telte, så alle kunne sidde i tørvejr. De nye telte gør også, at der er plads til 20-30 flere deltagere næste år, så det ser vi frem til.
Bestyrelsen takker mange gange for den store opbakning til vores gårdfest, både i form af fremmødte deltagere, men også alle dem, som frivilligt stiller op til at hjælpe med telte, borde, stole, bager kager, pynte telte mv. Uden jer kunne det ikke lade sig gøre.
Næste bestyrelsesmøde er planlagt til d. 12. september 2019.

Layout of the courtyard
The Board has chosen to resume work on the layout of the courtyard.
The board will hold a meeting in which residents can come up with their ideas and wishes for the courtyard – in the short and long term. The idea is to get an overview, both of whether there is a desire for restructuring and about specific actions that the Board can take in its work
The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 26 at 19 PM in the caretakers office.
Please note, that there is limited space in the basement.
You are also welcome to e-mail your thoughts to the board of directors at ownerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk about e.g.
– what doesn’t work in the courtyard,
– what does it take for you to use the courtyard more, or
– what kind of courtyard do you want to stand and watch from your window or maybe a future balcony.
More bicycle parking or ideas about the best use of the building in the courtyard could be needed, which the extraordinary general meeting decided to buy. In addition, there may also be a desire for a major restructuring of the courtyard and its functions in the longer term.
The Board has been recommended by the Danish Fire and Security Institute (DBI) to move waste containers further away from the facade for fire safety reasons. There may be other issues in the courtyard as well, which makes sense that we, on the part of the board, are trying to address the short course while we await the completion of the drainpipe project.
Drainpipe project
The Board has chosen to apply an expert appraisal via the Arbitration Board, and the appointment of an expert is in process.
The Board’s summary statement on renovation of drainage and water installations and preliminary building accounts per 1/8 is sent to the members at the beginning of August.
Driving in the courtyard
Unfortunately, there are drivers driving too fast in the courtyard.
The courtyard is a living and play area where the driving speed must not exceed 15 km.
The board recommends that motorists respect the traffic rules of the courtyard.
Elevator use
The Supervisory Board will point out that the lifts are intended for passenger transport, not freight transport as in the case of removals.
Abuse of the lifts often requires servicing + a bill.
The board will send the bill which may be at minimum level DKK 2,000 on to the apartment owner.
Balcony project
The working committee under the board held its first meeting where tasks and information were shared.
In this coming time, the committee will delve more into tasks and information.
The joint party in courtyard was once again a success
We hold this annual joint party in our courtyard to foster the neighborhood and it must be said to succeed. We were somewhere between 105-115 people for dining and fun. Several expressed great enthusiasms for the single-roasted piglets, which were super juicy and delicious.
As usual, we got a game of rain, but this time we were prepared with 2 new big tents so everyone could sit in dry condition. The new tents also make room for 20-30 more participants next year, so we look forward to that.
The Board thanks many times for the great support for our joint party, both in terms of attendees, but also all those who volunteer to help with tents, tables, chairs, baking cakes, decorating tents, etc. Without you, it couldn’t be done.
The next board meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2019.
