Konstituering af bestyrelsen
Bestyrelsen har efter den ordinære generalforsamling i år konstitueret sig og består af følgende medlemmer:

René Tarby, formand, på valg i 2020
Alice Juhl, næstformand, på valg i 2021
Dorte Munk-Petersen, på valg i 2021
Nicolai Honoré, på valg i 2021
Niels Munkebo Christensen, på valg i 2020
Rasmus Boldsen, på valg i 2020

Resultater af skriftlig afstemning på ordinær generalforsamling
Mens referatet fra den ordinære generalforsamling den. 4. april 2019 er ved at blive skrevet færdig, bringes her resultatet af de skriftlige afstemninger.

Forslag om beboerhøring ved brancheskift i erhvervslokaler:
For forslaget stemte medlemmer med et samlet fordelingstal på 3.173.
Imod forslaget stemte medlemmer med et samlet fordelingstal på 5.908.
Medlemmer, der stemte blankt, udgjorde et samlet fordelingstal på 439.
Forslaget blev således ikke vedtaget.

Forslag om at udpege repræsentant for ejerforeningen til at færdiggøre faldstammeprojektet:
For forslaget stemte medlemmer med et samlet fordelingstal på 1.004.
Imod forslaget stemte medlemmer med et samlet fordelingstal på 4.540.
Medlemmer, der stemte blankt, udgjorde et samlet fordelingstal på 3.666.
Forslaget blev således ikke vedtaget.

Bestyrelsen arbejder på, at referatet bliver leveret til medlemmerne i uge 17.

Ekstraordinær generalforsamling
På den ordinære generalforsamling den. 4. april 2019 havde bestyrelsen en række forslag, der kræver, at mindst 50% af stemmerne efter fordelingstal var repræsenteret på generalforsamlingen, hvilket ikke var tilfældet, hvorfor forslagene alene blev foreløbigt vedtaget og med overvældende flertal. Der skal iht. vedtægterne indkaldes til en ekstraordinær generalforsamling, hvor forslagene endeligt kan vedtages med kvalificeret majoritet af de afgivne stemmer efter fordelingstal.

Derfor indkalder bestyrelsen til ekstraordinær generalforsamling mandag den 13. maj kl. 18.

Emner, der er sættes til afstemninger, er:

  • Bestyrelsens forslag til vedtægtsændringer
  • Forslag om frasalg af opgangsfællesareal til lejlighedssammenlægning.
  • Forslag om køb af huset i gården.

Bestyrelsen opfordrer medlemmerne til at gøre brug af fuldmagt til den ekstraordinære generalforsamling.

Bestyrelsen består af indtil 7 medlemmer, jf. vedtægternes § 13 stk. 1.
Efter generalforsamlingen den 4. april 2019 består bestyrelsen af 6 medlemmer, hvorfor bestyrelsen gerne vil give medlemmerne mulighed for at vælge et 7. medlem og opfordrer til at stille op.

Indkaldelsen er sendt ud.

Børnedag den 25. maj
Der holdes børnedag 25. maj med leg, saft og kage samt kaffe til de voksne. Alle – børn som voksne – er velkomne.
Kontakt ejerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk eller Alice, tlf. 26 22 47 04, hvis du har lyst til at hjælpe med at arrangere en sådan dag. Foreløbige har ingen tilmeldt sig til at hjælpe. Hvis ingen melder sig senest 5. maj til at hjælpe, aflyses børnedagen.

Installation of the Board
The Board has constituted itself after the Annual General Meeting this year and consists of the following members:

René Tarby, Chairman, up for election in 2020
Alice Juhl, Vice-chairman, up for election in 2021
Dorte Munk-Petersen, up for election in 2021
Nicolai Honoré, up for election in 2021
Niels Munkebo Christensen, up for election in 2020
Rasmus Boldsen, up for election in 2020

Results of a written vote at the Annual General Meeting
While the minutes of the Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2019 is about to be completed, the result of the written votes is brought here.

Proposal for residential hearing for industry change in business premises:
For the proposal, members voted with a total distribution figure of 3.173.
Members voted against the proposal with a total distribution figure of 5.908.
Members who voted blank represented a total distribution figure of 439.
The proposal was therefore not adopted.

Proposal to appoint a representative of the association of owners to complete the drainpipe project:
For the proposal, members voted with a total distribution figure of 1.004.
Members voted against the proposal with a total allocation of 4.540.
Members who voted blank represented a total distribution of 3.666.
The proposal was therefore not adopted.

The Board is working to ensure that the minutes are delivered to the members in week 17.

Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2019, the Board had a number of proposals requiring that at least 50% of the votes after the distribution figures were represented at the general meeting, which was not the case, therefore the proposals were only provisionally adopted and with overwhelming majority. According to the articles of association, an extraordinary general meeting must be convened, where the proposals can finally be adopted by a qualified majority of the votes cast according to the distribution figures.

Therefore, the Board convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday, May 13, 18 PM.
Topics that are put to the vote are:
• The Board’s proposal for amendments to the Articles of Association
• Proposal for divestment of entry-level communal area for apartment building.
• Proposal to buy the house in the court yard.

The Board of encourages members to make use of proxy for the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The Board consists of up to 7 members according to Statute of the association of owners.
After the Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2019, the Board consists of six members, so the would like to give the members the opportunity to elect a 7th member and urge to run for election.

The convening of meeting has been distributed.

Children’s Day, May 25
Children’s Day, May 25 is held with play, juice and cake as well as coffee for the adults. Everyone – children as adults – are welcome. Contact ejerforeningen@godthaabshave.dk or Alice, tel. +45 26 22 47 04, if you would like to help arrange such a day. For now, no one has signed up to help. If no one announces no later than May 5 to help, the Children’s Day is canceled.
