Nyt fra Bestyrelsen – august 2021

For English version, see below.

Generalforsamling

Altanprojekt – deadline for spørgeskemaundersøgelse 18. august

News from The Board – August 2021

General Assembly
For information, the Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 16th, at 6 AM at Metropol University College, Kronprinsesse Sofies Vej 35, auditorium A112, 2000 Frederiksberg.

Formal notice with agenda is issued, cf. the articles of association.

For the sake of the health and safety of us all, the Board encourages presence happens with

  • Valid corona passport, and
  • maximum one person per household, or
  • members use a power of attorney that is sent together with the notice.

Legionella
The effort against Legionella is bearing fruit. The latest analysis report from the hot water tank in the heating cellar shows that the concentration there is so low that no improvement of the system should be considered.
Samples in flats also show lower concentration, which, however, fluctuates from low to moderate concentration.
Therefore, the hot water temperature is further raised to approx. 66 degrees until week 34.

The Board encourages residents to help get our water system flushed through until week 34 by charging faucets, etc. run until the water temperature is constant. This applies to both the cold and hot water.

The Caretakers have posted further advice in the stairwells.

Be aware that Legionella bacteria are common in wet and humid environments – e.g. in water systems.

In continuation of quality checks and resident information, residents are welcome at the Caretakers office for questions, including to view the analysis reports.

Water samples will be taken again in week 34, and answers are expected in week 36.

The Drainpipe project
We are in the process of finding a date on which all parties involved can participate.

We encouraged the partners to show the necessary kindness in order for the joint meeting to take place.
Alternatively, the continued progress of the case should be transferred to the Arbitration Court with its significantly stricter deadlines.

Balcony project – deadline for questionnaire survey 18 August
The Board has sent out a questionnaire to the members to find out who is interested in a balcony facing the courtyard, and what wishes or requirements you have for such a balcony.

The Board and its working committee will analyze the result, which we will disseminate in overall form in late summer.

If you as a member have not answered the survey, there is still time. The deadline for the survey is Wednesday, August 18th, 2021.

Toys on walking and driving areas
Over the summer, there has been life, buzz and playful children in the yard.

Remember to remove toys after use from walking and driving areas for the sake of pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles.
We can all help each other keep the yard tidy by carrying toys astray towards the shed and parking children’s bikes in the bike racks or in the shed.
