Nyt fra Bestyrelsen – december 2021

For English version, see below.

Altanmarkiser

Faldstammeprojektet

News from The Board – December 2021

Balcony awnings
At the annual general meeting, the new regulations for setting up awnings were adopted.

Through dialogue with Frederiksberg Municipality, the Board has got the impression that a joint application for the installation of a larger number of awnings will be more likely to be approved than individual applications. If several residents want to set up awnings, the Board will support the process of a joint application by putting interested residents in touch with each other. Interested residents are asked to write to the Board at eierforeningen@godthaabshave.dk regarding the desire to be part of a joint application, as well as any interest in obtaining offers for awnings that live up to our new regulations. The registration is not binding.

The deadline for expressing your interest is January 10, 2022.

The Drainpipe project
On 4 November 2021, a joint meeting was held on the dispute over the project, at which the parties agreed
that the case could be resolved amicably. The settlement has been approved by Finn L. & Davidsen and Rambøll.
The Board has convened an extraordinary general meeting of the Owners’ Association to be held on Wednesday 15 December 2021 at 6 PM to gain acceptance to also accede to the settlement. Further information will be given at the extraordinary general meeting.
The settlement is attached as an appendix to the convening of the extraordinary general meeting.
Approval of the settlement is made by a simple majority of votes according to distribution figures.

Black Friday and Christmas provide a lot of cardboard
In connection with Black Friday and Christmas, the Board encourages residents to have extra focus on folding cardboard packaging before it is thrown in the containers for recycled cardboard, so that there is also room for the neighbor’s cardboard waste.

Christmas holiday 2021
The Caretakers can be met at usual office hours Monday to Thursday between Christmas and New Year.

The Christmas holidays are a time of burglary, and therefore the Board encourages everyone to keep an eye out for any irregularities in the stairwells and other common areas.

The Board wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The next Board meeting is scheduled for January 19, 2022.
